Cooking at home today as it's public holiday here in HK.
Trying to make lasagna for the very first time.
Things are bubbling in the oven and my mum said it's gonna explode and I had to clean the mess up...
Turns out the cheese sauce is enough, I was afraid I made too little of them the lasagna would dry during the baking.
Not bad for a beginner!
The cheese sauce is melting and flooding out! Damn fatty!
